SPECIALIST DISREPAIR SUPPORT
Practical Support for Housing Disrepair and Complex Cases
Sure Plus Solutions provides specialist housing disrepair consultancy to social landlords that need practical, experienced support with complex cases, service delivery and wider disrepair risk.
We work with organisations to strengthen the connection between repairs, property condition, damp and mould, HHSRS, Awaab’s Law and housing compliance. Our focus is not simply on reviewing individual cases. We help landlords understand where processes, decision-making, record keeping, contractor arrangements and operational delivery can be strengthened to improve outcomes for residents and provide greater organisational assurance.
Support can include disrepair case reviews, technical assurance, repairs and property condition reviews, housing hazard identification, process and workflow improvement, contractor interfaces, evidence and record keeping, service reviews and management assurance.
Our approach is practical and tailored to each organisation, helping landlords identify issues, strengthen their response and build more effective and defensible arrangements for managing housing disrepair.
